Amy Ambrose joined Management Recruiters of Newburgh as a Project Coordinator in July of 2001. With over ten years of experience in the recruiting industry, she provides a high level of strategic planning and idea generation within the team. In her current role as Talent Sourcing Manager, Amy assists in developing recruitment strategies for both external and internal hiring efforts.

Mrs. Ambrose takes great pride on connecting with candidates of high moral and ethical standards. Her goal is to source individuals that bring immediate value to their organizations, while connecting them with the proper recruiter for their industry. Prior to joining Management Recruiters of Newburgh, Amy worked in the travel industry as a Corporate Travel Agent/Office Manager assisting companies across the United States with their corporate and group travel needs.
