Prior to entering the executive search industry, Mr. Oates held a variety of sales and management positions with Xerox Corporation. In addition, he has over 12 years of experience with three international pre-press companies, where he managed regional, national and world-wide organizations. Mr. Oates earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Murray State University, and his Master's of Business Administration from the University of Evansville.
