Brandon Cooper oversees the Banking and Finance team, and the Biotech and Life Sciences team.

Mr. Cooper works with individuals who are able to bring immediate value to their new organizations. His philosophy is to build strong client relationships to better understand your needs.  He has consistently been among the top performers in the office and in 2005 was recognized in the top 5% of all recruiters in the industry.

In the banking industry, he recruits for community banks, super-community banks and super-regional banks, primarily throughout the Midwest, Kentucky and Tennessee.  He oversees the Contract Staffing Division that specializes in interim placement for companies needing immediate management or technical assistance. 

Mr. Cooper has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Southern Indiana.
