Dan Oates brings more than 30 years of sales and management experience. Mr. Oates focuses on finding exceptionally well-qualified professionals for accounting, engineering, quality, production, and human-resource positions for both engineering and manufacturing companies. His clients include small, locally owned businesses, as well as Fortune 100 multi-national corporations.

Prior to entering the executive search industry, Mr. Oates held a variety of sales and management positions with Xerox Corporation. In addition, he has over 12 years of experience with three international pre-press companies, where he managed regional, national and world-wide organizations.

Mr. Oates earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Murray State University, and his Master's of Business Administration from the University of Evansville. Additionally, he is a retired Colonel for the United States Army Reserve.
