Jerry Smith brings more than 30 years experience in sales and marketing management.  Mr. Smith focuses on finding exceptionally well-qualified professionals for accounting, engineering, quality, production and human-resource positions for both engineering and manufacturing companies. His clients include small, locally owned businesses, as well as Fortune 100 multi-national corporations.

Prior to entering the executive search industry, Jerry held sales and management positions with Champion Laboratories, American Air Filter, and other firms.

Mr. Smith earned his Bachelor's degree at St. Bonaventure University and his Master's of Business Administration from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY.
