in the level of commitment expected of us by your firm, the urgency of the search, and how we are compensated.

Retained Search
A Retained Search is an exclusive search. When you engage
Management Recruiters of Newburgh for a Retained Search, we assign associates
to work on your project until the position is filled.
A Retained Search is typically used when searching for
executive and senior management candidates, a technically sophisticated candidate, or when a confidential search is required.
With a Retained Search, we commit to providing a minimum
number of qualified candidates within a fixed period of time. Typically, the search period is 90 days and we commit to provide a minimum of two
qualified candidates.
The Retained Search fee is typically a percent of the candidate's first-year
earnings, plus expenses, and is paid in the following manner:
- The first third of the fee is paid up front to bind the
commitment.
- The second third is paid at the time of the second
candidate's interview.
- The final third is paid upon hiring the candidate.
We offer a six-month replacement guarantee for Retained Searches. You may choose to screen candidates in person or by using our
video conference facilities and services.
Priority Searches
A Priority Search is another exclusive search and is used to
find candidates to urgently fill key positions in your organization. Like the Retained
Search, Management Recruiters of Newburgh assigns associates to work on your
project until the position is filled.
The fee for a Priority Search is typically a percent of the candidate's first-year
earnings, plus expenses, and is paid in the following manner:
- Fifteen percent of the fee is required upon commencement of the
search.
- Balance is due upon hiring of the candidate.
We offer a sixty-day replacement guarantee for Priority Searches. You may choose to screen candidates in person or by using our
video conference facilities and services.
Contingency Searches
A Contingency Search is typically used for mid-level to lower-level searches that may not have the urgency associated with a Priority Search or a Retained Search.
The Contingency Search fee is typically a percent of first-year earnings
and is payable at the time the candidate starts employment. No financial commitment is required to initiate the search.
We offer a thirty-day replacement guarantee for Contingency Searches. You may choose to screen candidates in person or by using our
video conference facilities and services.
