  • Complete our online application
  • We will interview you
  • You will take tests to verify your computer and work-place skills
  • We will check your references

Once these steps have been completed, we will contact you when your qualifications match one of our client's requirements.

Accepting The Assignment

  • A Contract Staffing representative will call or email details of an opportunity to you.
  • You decide if it is the right position.
  • If you are not interested in any particular assignment presented to you, tell us why.  This allows us to tailor assignments to better match your goals.
  • Once you have accepted a position, a letter detailing the assignment will be emailed to you.

Instructions for Fulfilling the Assignment

  • Arrive 10 minutes early on your first day.
  • Dress appropriately.  See your confirmation letter for dress code.
  • Do not discuss your pay rate with anyone at the company.  Refer any questions about your compensation to your Contract Staffing representative.
  • If your assignment changes significantly (i.e., receptionist becomes a word processor assignment), please notify your representative at once.
  • If you are offered a permanent position, please notify your Contract Staffing representative immediately.
  • Should you have any concerns while on assignment, please call your Contract Staffing representative immediately.  Frequently, your concerns can be easily addressed.

What If You Need Time Off?

  • Call or email your representative:  Leave a detailed message and a phone number on our voice mail.  Your representative will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Call your supervisor at the assignment directly. Call as soon as your supervisor is supposed to be at work.  Speak to your supervisor directly or leave a voice mail.
  • If you don't arrive at the assignment as scheduled on any given day without notifying the proper contacts and without good reason, your employment could be terminated.

Time Cards

  • Download your Time Card
  • Make sure your time card is always with you while on assignment.  Carefully complete all information on the time card.  If your time card is incorrect, incomplete or missing, it will delay the processing of your paycheck.  Week ending is always a Sunday's date.
  • Time is rounded off to the nearest quarter hour.  For example, if your daily hours add up to 7 hours and 22 minutes, you would mark the total daily hours as 7 & .25 (7.25).  If your daily hours add up to 7 hours and 26 minutes, you would mark your total daily hours as 7 & .50 (7.50).  Remember:  15 minutes = .25 hour; 30 minutes = .50 hour; and 45 minutes = .75 hour.
  • At the end of the work week, have your supervisor sign the time card to verify that you are both in agreement of the hours submitted.  The supervisor's signature is required before a paycheck can be issued to you.
  • Fax your time card to us by 9:00am Monday morning IMPORTANT: ALL TIME CARDS MUST BE FAXED TO 812.842.4000 BY 9:00AM ON THE MONDAY FOLLOWING THE WEEK YOU WORKED. If we don't receive your time card by 9:00am on Monday, we can't guarantee you will receive a paycheck that week. To ensure this doesn't happen, please fax your time card before you leave on Friday or the last day of the week you work.
  • All paychecks are direct deposited checks and are generally available on Thursdays.

After The Assignment

  • When your assignment ends, notify your Contract Staffing representative.
  • You will be asked your opinion of the assignment, company and work environment.
  • We will contact the company for information regarding your employment with the company.
  • We will contact you as soon as we have another opportunity where your qualifications match our client's requirements.
